On to Part 3 of our ongoing look at building up a list of facts that we need to know to be able to assess the problem that is occurring in the Commonwealth of Australia.

The unity of the people of the states created one body politic in the Commonwealth of Australia. We have already defined that the people are the Commonwealth of Australia and that it was not the States that made this occur. The people had attended Debate of Federation in 1898 and went to a vote to make this occur.

As a part of this under the Monarch of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Ireland the Commonwealth remained a colony, and eventually attained full Sovereignty in International Law. We will look into this as we go through more facts in future posts.

As a part of that unity into a self-governing colony of the people, the people being the Commonwealth of Australia itself, the States also had their Great Seals reduced to that of Public Seals. This again demonstrates that they are Servants of the People working in the Public Service. Again we will cover all of this as we move forward.

As a people united in a Federal Commonwealth of Australia the Commonwealth of Australia Constitution Act July 1900 UK/PGA centralised the Oath of Allegiance which is found in the Schedule at Clause 9 of the Act. This saw the people take an Oath of Allegiance to the Monarch who was Queen Victoria at the time. The Oath defines the heirs and successors to the Queen as Monarch of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Ireland.

a)     Oath or Affirmation is to the Monarch directly.
b)     Oath or Affirmation defines lineage in heirs and successors
c)     Note defines the Kingdom and Realm of that lineage.
d)     The Schedule Oath matches the Preamble defining the Line of Authority. (see s.2)

We can see by the summary of Fact 4 that the Oath is to the Monarch directly and not the Government or Law. This is then held in Edward VII and followed by George V who held the same Crown Estates at Royal Law.

We have already shown through Fact 2 that the Constitution Act came under the blessing of Almighty God. We can also see in the Note to the Schedule that it matches the Preamble to the Constitution Act that we have already shown is part and parcel of the act. A Preamble is used to explain the contents and reason of the included Clauses of the Act.

When we look at the current state of affairs when it comes to an Oath of Allegiance we can see that through Immigration it is not even an Oath. We see a Pledge, which at law is an promise to pay someone elses debts. The Immigration Department of Home Affairs is bringing workers in from overseas to participate in the management or administration of the Commonwealth of Australia's debts to the IMF and RBA Banking Systems.

We can see by the Pledge that there is no mention of the Commonwealth of Australia as per the Constitution Act. The Commonwealth of Australia was forged out of the Constitution as an entity of the people, yet here we have immigrants taking a pledge void of that Commonwealth meaning they are outside of the contractual arrangement under the blessing of Almighty God to be that Commonwealth of Australia as a people.

a) Pledge is not in accordance with Constitution and Schedule (see s.4) of the Commonwealth of Australia Constitution Act July 1900 UK/PGA and is therefore outside of Law.
b) No referendum made change to the Schedule Oath as per Section 128.

By this one action alone, we can see that this Australian Government is not acting within the limitations of the Commonwealth of Australia Constitution Act July 1900 UK/PGA. The Preamble to the Constitution Act defines the indissoluable Federal Commonwealth of Australia, yet here we have a pledge at law instead of oath asking immigrants to have democratic beliefs where their rights and liberties are attained when the Constitution is the result of the peoples rights, not the source of them. We can also see that the pledge puts the one who takes it under the laws which they pledge to uphold and obey when the true Oath of Allegiance is direct to the Monarch under the blessing of Almighty God.

We can also see that the Scripture talks about despising the oath. This is a pledge outside of the covenant that was made between the people to be what was constituted. In the case here, it is the peoples agreement to unite in a Federal Commonwealth of Australia under the blessing of Almighty God.

Most people would not realise that the Coronation is a ceremony at which the Monarch themselves take up office of King (or Queen) and positions themselves as the ultimate executor of the Crown Estates. This is then followed with the issuing of Great Seals of the Estates, in the case of Australia it is the Great Seal of the Commonwealth of Australia. This is something we will also investigate as we layout more facts.

Queen Elizabeth the Second went through the coronation process and took oath of office to god directly. As the executrix of the estates of the Crown she is then issued with Royal Seals and the Dominions and Commonwealths issued with seals to affix to creations of those estates. It is true that the process at the Coronation in 1953 did not follow process as per the Laws of England, and we will look into this shortly.

The Coronation Oath is defined in the Coronation Oath Act 1688 after William III of Orange pushed James II the last Catholic King out of England after the Anglo-Dutch Wars and Glorious Revolution. This also led to a Declaration of Right in the Bill of Rights 1688 that is still valid law within the Commonwealth of Australia until this day.

“It is worth noting that the coronation oath has been modified without statutory authority. The present Queen swore a slightly different version of the oath to the 1689 version. It still included a promise to maintain the established Protestant religion in the United Kingdom. The text of the oath taken by Elizabeth II in 1953 is also appended to this note…”

We can see in the PDF that the Coronation Oath and process is exactly as what was followed by Queen Victoria in 1837. When compared with that of Queen Elizabeth II it can easily be noted that the form taken differs slightly.

What is also important to document, which we will cover is the Royal Style and Title as to the Crown Estates that the promise is made to differs from the Proclamation of Style and Title 1927 at which George V did name the Estate as "Great Britain" and not the United Kingdom. As we move forward we will discover that the Parliament of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland wholly admit that the Oath taken was not in accordance with law and that it followed in the process of King Edgar of Bath 967. We will also discover that the Queen relies on Roman Catholic precedence of George IV in the holding of Oath and can demonstrate Roman Catholic links.

What we can see from these three facts is that the Pledge is not in line of authority to the covenant in the Commonwealth of Australia Constitution Act July 1900 and that the Sheduled Oath to the lineage of Queen Victoria is being ignored by this Australian Government.

We can also see that the Monarch is obligated to the Coronation Oaths Act 1688 that links the Oath of Allegiance in the Schedule to the Constitution keeping within the Covenant. The people holding a blessing under the Grace of Almighty God should have truly formed links of that Allegiance.

We will discover that this is not actually the case and in the ignorance of the people it is they that have failed Gods Words as warning to keep within the Covenant that is the Constitution of the Commonwealth of Australia.

We begin to see the importance of knowing the Gods of our Fathers, so that we can remain in the image of them. We can also see that an unity was made naked, in the image of those fathers. We became the Naked Owners of what was Granted to us as Sons of the Commonwealth of Australia.

That is until we clothed ourselves with the fig leave and God removed us from his Garden. We were once Adam and Eve, Co-Executors of the Family Estate as the Tribe of Family. At which we all gave up, to take pledges and witness the failure of Oath proper at Coronation putting the people outside of Gods Grace and the Commonwealth of Australia.

It is when you start to realise what they have actually done. You will start to realise that only you as tribes, as families can unite back together and return to the inheritance that is that grace. Until then you are stuck as the debt surety by this pledge and a false sense of unity in a banking Administration.
