Touching on Section 116 in earlier facts at Fact 27 we discovered that the Son, Father and Holy Spirit were relative to the foundations that gave government a line of authority. It can easily be seen that their scarifice together established borders at the Treaty of Versailles in 1919 and a literal garden of Eden.
It is this garden that God as a group of men who left that garden so their Sons could be in their image.

We can see that God said "let us", and in "our" image after "our" likeness putting the ideal of God into a group rather than a singular and falsely believable "father". In this trust agreement and trinity, we can see that role is made up of men, and in their sacrifice gave "them" being the Sons of the Commonwealth of Australia, and mankind, the dominion of the founded Garden by Covenent.
After looking through Facts 25 and 26, and then again at Fact 28 we can see that ANZAC forged this creation and memorial was left in their image to define the foundations of this creation by covenant which is sealed in international waters through treaties with other kingdoms and countries whom have followed the same processes to establish their very own sovereignty.

It was up to the people of the Commonwealth of Australia as the ones who united and became that Commonwealth to live in the image of their Fathers instead of give that image up to foreign executive interests that had an interest in changing that image. The Royal Law in the scripture also describes very clearly how that can occur and how to observe it and define it occurring.
Through these facts it has been demonstrated that foundation to that sovereignty is made through an allegiance to the ideals and laws laid down in that covenant and how God as that trinity made that all possible. Allegiance is made through the Schedule Oath directly to the Monarch whom is linked directly to the foundations forged by that trinity that is God.
The King (or Queen) is obligated by Will and Testament to the fathers of that federation which we have seen was changed by an entity not named in that covenant by a Great Seal not relevant to that foundation. This is something we will investigate as we look into more facts.
What is clear is that very few people are aware of that foundation and how it is created in the first place allowing the holy ground to be drawn out of the international waters. This becomes the difference between being treated by Admiralty and Mercantile Laws as trading names as compared to the Law of the Land given by those ancestors in that trinity or trust in God.

Section 116 is defined in the Constitution at Clause 9 of the Commonwealth of Australia Constitution Act July 1900 because the government is forged on the shoulder of that creation and cannot disturb the standing of God putting two feet on holy ground. Without that foundation the Government could not exist in the first place.
Defined as the Estate of the People and birthright to the people it becomes easier to see that the Monarch is the Executor of those estates holding Great Seal of the estate. Without this executor, the people are left to be lost at holy see, or international waters that exist beneath the earth and above holy ground.
Without that Supreme Head the people could not exist within the true covenant or constitution, and without that link are seen to exist floating in international waters open to flotsam and jetsom, or the rules of salvage. This is where you are tricked into being surety for the persona in absence of your links to God.

Commonwealth not to legislate in respect of religion
The Commonwealth shall not make any law for establishing any religion, or for imposing any religious observance, or for prohibiting the free exercise of any religion, and no religious test shall be required as a qualification for any office or public trust under the Commonwealth.

We can now see that Faith in God and Christ or the Cross defined at the Shrine of Remembrance as the foundation becomes the cornerstone of the Commonwealth of Australia. Without it, the Commonwealth of Australia could not exist.
Looking at history and what is defined prior to and during the creation of this covenent we can see that our forefathers established under the blessing of Almighty God a garden at which the Sons of the Commonwealth of Australia are placed in their image.
This clearly defines the Anglican Protestant Christian religion as the law that exists before any other laws in this Commonwealth of Australia, and as foundational allows the Commonwealth to exist in the first place.

Forefathers of Federation like Henry Parkes and Alfred Deakin as well as John Quick and Robert Garren ensured that the wording "under the Blessing of Almighty God" featured in the Constitution Act knowing that without this claim the Commonwealth would not exist at International Law.
The Parliament of the Commonwealth of Australia has taken the Lords Prayer before opening of sittings since Federation. If we look at the States, they have been attempting to remove this requirement for a quite some years although still continue in this tradition even though having openly spoken of removing it.
The Senate of the Federal Parliament continues to do this today, even though it operates under a Great Seal and Title not associated with the Constitution Act, it retains this as tradition, as former custom being administrators under an entity foreign to the Constitution Act.

We can see now, when we look at Facts 25 and 26, that our Father who art in heaven is relative to those that sacrificed their lives so that the Commonwealth of Australia could be established and defended in International Treaty. The establishment of Kingdom and Commonwealth as Sovereign and independent to the motherland it becomes clear that it was by Gods Will this is created.

We can see how as Executor holding the Great Seal, the King performs as the Governor of the Nation in International Waters, holding the anchor of the heavens to the earth and pulling it up out of the International Waters. What happens when that Great Seal is replaced, and the line of authority fractured?

It has been stated in several court actions under this Australian Government that this is a Secular Country which as has been demonstrated is a false statement to make by a judiciary that itself is under oaths to God and a Monarch. Although we have also seen that the Queen in her Christmas address 1957 stated that she no longer had powers over peace or war, or the ability to create laws.
This is demonstrative of a lack of Sovereignty and by way of Nationality and Citizenship Act 1948 can show that the people themselves have abandoned the faith of God for the management by Executive Government eventually changed in 1971 after a demise in the currency in 1965.
The Commonwealth of Australia is a Country based in faith under the Royal Law in the Scripture making it a spiritual and ecclesiastical jurisdiction under the blessing of Almighty God.
To define the Government as Secular shows that the people are under an obligation to a corporate entity. The judiciary are holding people as persons in law instead of the men of God. This is making the people surety for International Debts as the national debt is put directly on their backs. This can be seen as commercial dealings, and the making of promissory notes in the Reserve Bank. By participating in the debt machine the people have become members of the public and obligated to public policy which is then policed.

Not spiritual; not ecclesiastical; relating to affairs of the present world. Secular business. As used in Sunday laws; this term includes all forms of activity in the business affairs of life, the prosecution of a trade or employment and commercial dealings; such as the making of promissory notes, lending money, and the like. Secular clergy. In ecclesiastical law, this term applied to the parochial clergy, who perform their ministry in seculo (in the world), and who are thus diminished from the monastic or “regular” clergy. Steph. By borrowing off the Nation to pay your debts by way of using those Reserve Notes, you are in essence creating Socialism in your country by making the country as a whole pay for those debts. Instead of using a Bill of Exchange to exchange value such as Gold and Silver which through the Constitution at Section 115 you are obligated to do, you are as a people borrowing from the Nation in Reserve Bank Promissory Notes which you all have to pay back together.

Gods Testimony has shown you that you have sold yourselves for nothing. A few fancy merchant goods at the expense of the inheritance of your lands and Commonwealth. This also demonstrates that unless you change in hearts and mind, money is not going to help you get it back.
Throughout this series so far, an understanding of what you have lost should become apparent to you. And you might now see that without that Supreme Head of the sovereignty defined by your Ancestors in the Great War 1914-1918 it wont be possible to return to. It is not only required to execute the affairs of state, it is also required to demonstrate that allegiance and hold down that anchor.
