After going through the first forty odd facts, we can see that a picture is building up with referenced evidence that cannot be denied. We have also demonstrated how the Executive Branch of Government shut down the Prime Ministers Office and by extension the Public Service Act 1903's divisions of government at all levels and rose the Federal Executive Council into the power of the Department of Cabinet and at the same time merging the Prime Ministers Office into the Prime Minister and Cabinet in 1971.

We can see by the current Executive Government statements on its own web site that it has taken the powers of War and Peace away from the Monarch and that of the people. The Bible speaks of the Houses of Men turning plough sheers into Swords and standing up in defence of their homeland or realm that was held sacred in the executor position in the king. What we notice here is the language being used and the term "former" when discussing the Royal Prerogative of the Queen. They are saying that she did once have the power to commit Australia to war, but they have taken that power from her. This can be backed up by the Queens Christmas Address of 1957 wherein she states that she no longer has that power.

This is an important fact to behold, because this breaks from the line of authority in God and the Realm founded by ANZAC whom were all volunteers entering the Great War 1914-1918 as Australian Land Forces or Australian Imperial Forces. He speaks of losing Australian Sovereignty to the United States, which is partly in truth as he is not divulging the greater problem beneath it all. If you read up on American History you begin to realise that the founding fathers and successive Presidents and Military Generals as well as Church Leaders all speak about the threat from the Society of Jesus or the Jesuits. The Jesuits are a Papal Military Order working for the Papist Faith to undermine and administer all kingdoms around the world.
In the Act of 1871 the power of Congress in the United States of America is incorporated under the former President Abraham Lincolns command after the Civil War of 1861. Abraham Lincoln had stated that it was not him that the people should fear, but those that stood behind him. What he meant was the Papists in the Jesuits that had a financial control over the United States in the failure of the Civil War in 1863.
To look back further, the war of 1812, we can see that the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Ireland had created a Peace Agreement with the United States of America in the Treaty of Ghent 1816. Why then did the Civil War kick off between the north and the south. Could it be that it was instigated by Papist linked Banking Powers. We know that by the end of the war the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Ireland fell to banking powers in the Bank of England and the Bank of England stopped using the Tally Stick because of it and we can also see that the United States of America came under Administration through the Act of 1871.
We can therefore determine that the decision to put troops into the battlefields was slowly taken away from the Presidency and the Monarchy by sheer administration of debts. If you start by looking at the Geneva Conventions in 1864 you will see that they lead to Hague Conventions 1899 and again in 1907 of which the Commonwealth of Australia is signatory.

The recent Brereton Reports on War Crimes by the Australian Defence Force's SAS while in Afghanistan demonstrates Australia's obligations to international treaty by way of the International Criminal Court (ICC). If you look into the foundations of this court you will find it in the Treaty of Rome 1973.
What is interesting to note is that former President of the United States (Inc) Donald Trump had stated that American Soldiers would not succumb to the auspices of the ICC and that they would not hear their soldiers for War Crimes. Former President Trump has since moved to Mar A Lago after not conceding to President of the United States (Inc) Joe Biden. Mar A Lago is known as the Winter Whitehouse, it could be quite possible that Donald Trump is attempting to initiate a De Jure Presidency alongside a De Facto Administration Presidency and still retains powers of the Military as their Commander-In-Chief.
The role of Commander-In-Chief in the Office of Governor-General of the Commonwealth of Australia was removed in Letters Patent 1984 and reconstituted into the Office of Governor-General of Australia in Letters Patent 2008. Back in 1983 this Australian Government called the role a titular role. Meaning that it was held by title only and had no effect. We will adopt the usual convention of past governments and that is that the government of the day has the ultimate responsibility for making decisions involving our military.

That Command is controlled by Executive Powers of Government at which it is very open with Tony Abbot being linked directly to Jesuit Papists given that he mocked the Crown in giving out Knighthoods, he even offered the Prince consort Phillip a Knighthood Order making a complete mockery of the Crown.
This might now bring to light the actions of John Howard and successive governments attempt to undermine the Crown and replace a system with Papist Executive Government in a Republic of Australia just as had been done to Malta in 1967.
This might also bring to light the seriousness of the problem you all face as a people without sovereignty, and the control this Australian Government believes it has over all of you in your total ignorance of the foundations of who you are as a people.
